How to Purchase
STEP ONE
Fill out the voucher order form at the bottom of this page and hit BUY NOW.
STEP TWO
You'll be directed to a secure online payment page that will allow you to select to pay by STRIPE (Account to Account Options Via Wind-cave coming soon)
STEP THREE
An email will be sent immediately to the email address you provided in the order form, with your voucher in electronic pdf format ready to print out and pop in a card for the recipient
How to redeem your voucher
Redeeming a Forest Hillside Glamping Gift Voucher is easy.
All the voucher holder needs to do is book using the online booking calendar for the date of their choice.
The booking must be made under the name on the voucher, and the voucher number printed on the voucher must be added to the promo code box. This will automatically deduct the amount of the voucher from the stay.
Voucher Terms
1. Our Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. The booking must be made within this timeframe, however the stay itself can fall outside of this 36 month period.
2. If the total value of your stay is greater than the Gift Voucher, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Voucher Holder.
3. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. All Gift Vouchers are issued in NZD.
5. Bookings paid for by Gift Vouchers are subject to our standard booking and cancellation terms, including in some cases minimum night stay requirements.
