Every Setup Is Unique
Each Sleeping Beauties setup is slightly different. While our photos showcase the style and overall look of our work, some images include custom additions or special extras chosen by past clients.
If there is a particular photo or setup of ours you would love us to replicate, please mention it in your enquiry so we can do our best to recreate that look for you.
As every booking varies depending on our workload and availability at the time, some items may already be allocated to other parties. We will always communicate clearly and offer beautiful alternatives where needed.
Based in Southland
Proudly servicing Winton, Invercargill and surrounding Southland areas. Travel outside our local area of 15km will incur a travel fee.
Travel Fees
Travel is charged at $1.50 per kilometre from our base at 432 Fraser Road, Winton 9781.
The first 15 km from our property is free. As each booking requires four trips (delivery and pack-down), a total of 60 km is deducted from the total travel distance before calculating the fee.
To estimate travel, check the one-way distance on Google Maps from our address to your event location and multiply the distance by 4, then subtract 60 km. The remaining distance is charged at $1.30 per km.
This covers fuel, road kilometres, vehicle wear and tear, and travel time.
Example:
If your event location is 25 km away:
25 km × 4 = 100 km total travel
100 km − 60 km free = 40 km chargeable
40 km × $1.30 = $52 travel fee
If you are unsure, we are happy to confirm the travel cost when preparing your quote or booking.
Don’t Want to Host the Party at Home?
If you’d prefer not to celebrate at your house or are looking for a special place to host your next celebration, why not come to Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat.
Starting October 2026, we will have four 6m glamping tents available, including one dedicated children’s tent that sleeps up to six guests. This tent can be styled with any of our Sleeping Beauties teepee themes, creating a unique and memorable sleepover experience.
It’s the perfect option for birthday celebrations, small group sleepovers, and special occasions — all set in a beautiful countryside setting where you can relax and enjoy the experience without the mess at home.
