Book your Glamping Retreat
Your booking includes exclusive use of Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat. The number of sleeping tents prepared for your stay is based on your group size:
1–2 guests: 1 sleeping tent
3–4 guests: 2 sleeping tents
5–6 guests: 3 sleeping tents
7–8 guests: 4 sleeping tents
Each sleeping tent is designed for two guests in the main bed configuration and also includes one daybed, which can accommodate an additional guest when required.
For groups of 9–12 guests, all four sleeping tents will be prepared, with the additional guests accommodated on the daybeds.
Our standard rate is $495 per night for two guests, with additional guests charged at $75 per person, per night.
If you would prefer a different sleeping arrangement, please contact us before booking. Alternative configurations are subject to availability and additional tent charges may apply.

Seasonal Information
Our glamping season runs from the 1st October through to 30th April each year. While this is Southland’s warmer season, the weather can still be unpredictable. As you’ll be sleeping in luxury canvas tents, we recommend bringing some extra cosy layers or warm sleepwear, just in case the temperature drops overnight. The tents are comfortable and well set up with hot water bottles included, but being prepared will help ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
Payment Options
We offer two convenient payment methods:
• Bank Transfer (No Fee) — You will be sent out bank details automatically when you book your stay. Please message us once you have made the deposit so we can block out your dates before it gets rebooked.
• Credit Card — Available via online booking link. A 3% processing fee applies.
Booking Terms
• 50% deposit due at booking
• Final balance due 14 days before arrival
• Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving recipients plenty of time to plan their stay.
